Welcome to Mouse Moon Press. We publish quality ‘Science Fiction for Humans’.
Some of the speculative fiction out there may seem to be targeted at the more diverse collection of currently known alien species (Dolphins excepted, although eReader experiments remain unsuccessful below 10m).
The SF stories we publish, whilst set in far-flung sections of our galaxy (among others), with future technologies and alien races, have at their core deeply compelling human themes.
That’s not to say that our alien neighbours are under-represented in the novels, far from it. Great stories weave a complex tapestry across time, space and species – and how they interact.
Romeo and Juliet both happened to be human, but that need not have been the case. The story would have been just as compelling and tragic if the heroine had been from Antar-seven and hosted seven sets of tentacles instead of the traditional six – a not-so-secret shame for the royal family, you can be sure.
We hope you enjoy the stories we publish – there is plenty of action and suspense, but at their core, stories are about relationships and humans interacting with others, and you’ll find that here.
